Vatsalya hospital was constructed seeing the need of mother and child health care in the society with the inspiration of my teacher Prof. RS Dayal and my Mother Smt. Sita Goyal and was duly inaugurated by Swami Vidya Nand Ji and my Father Dr RC Goyal on 25th. June 2000 with the aim to provide quality maternal and child health services to the needy society not only of Mathura but nearby areas at Iow Cost with love and affection. With my experience of almost 50 years services in this area this hospital, apart from Mathura is providing health care to the patients from near by districts for past 22 years successfully and has a distinct name and place amongst the hospitals in Mathura district having all the the essential facilities regarding maternal and child health care.
